Description
This is an Abel Morrall’s Griffin Brand Needle Book. This dates from 1920s/1930s and Abel Morrall’s were famous for their needle books. This has had a little restoration work to the cover but it does not take away from this unique item. Inside there are flannel pages for your “Sharps”, a page for your “Betweens” (that always makes me smile for some strange reason), a page for “Straw Embroidery Rug Chenille”, a page for your “Double Long Darning”, a page for “Carpet Sharp Bodkins” and the final page is for “Pack Yarn”.
There are a number of needles included on each page and some look to the originals.
The book measures 4 inches by 3 inches (10.5 cm by 8 cm) approx.
