Description
This is a genuine antique dating from 1880s/1890s. It is in remarkable condition considering it’s age and usage. The outer case is showing wear and tear at the edges but is still in tact and the words “The LADIES COMPANION Needle Case” are still visible on the front of the case.
Once open the case contains a number of hooks and needles (the vast majority of which look to be original).
If you collect antique needles cases this would be a lovely addition at a very reasonable cost.
Closed the case measures 4.5 inches by 7 inches (12 cm by 18 cm) approx.
